City of Fever

So City of Fever certainly left me wanting more.
I know self-publishing is difficult and expensive, but are there more tales of the Big Rot on the horizon?

oh absolutely. first off, there is the tarot guide which is going up one each night... i believe we just hit the 30 mark 28 minutes ago.

there is a lot in there, some of it clever some of it not. In general it get's slightly better and better as the cards go on, becasue i get more used to the format.

on the horizon, i'm working on a book of short stories... songs in the key of fever, or Fever Dreams, or Swaylen Songs, Wave City Wimsey... I'll come up with something appropriately catchy and clever and horrible i'm sure.

    currently i have:
Fourth Quarter Beat (a tale about a day in teh life of a beat cop)
Sixy Seconds (a first person account of the birth life and death of an AI which spans all of 60 seconds, my dalliance into true trans-humanist fiction)
Diary of a Krackin soul (the sad tale of a cat burglar)
The violin game (a comedy about two con artists)
Diamonds, Hearts, and other Zoot suits (working title of a comedy about three friends an their drunken weekend partying in wave city)
some more that haven't made it to teh page yet.

and there are other ideas bumping around in my head for CoF, not to mention the Comic sequel working title: City of Fever -- Duet

in the meantime I'm cranking out "...and Chris" scripts i try not to use throwaway jokes... not after the ill-fated transformer's two strip, which means that each script actually requires some level of inspiration. once i'm far enough ahead in those so that i don't fear falling behind, will get back to work on the short stories (which is far less expensive to produce than a full color comic)

of course i also have my novel in the works... a good old fationed fantasy fairy tale. Only about 100 pages of it in the can, so when i'm not pushing forward on CoF or aC, i'm working on that.

of course i need to make sure i'm ready for NYCC in less than 4 weeks now too, and there is my day job...

but yes there is lots more to come!
